The Andrew Vaughn Scholarship was created by a U.S. military member who wanted to help empower & guide young individuals from his community. The Andrew Vaughn scholarship was started in 2021 to propel dedicated minority high school seniors towards their academic goals. Each year, the scholarship is awarded to dedicated and proven student leaders that are on their way to impacting lives on and off college campuses!
